This collection was a long time in the making.
My team and I wanted to do a western theme for awhile. Originally we were going to drop a western collection in the spring time, but ended up wanting to hold off for the colder months.
We wanted a smaller collection this time around, and we were looking to do a hoodie,
a t-shirt, and a hat.
a t-shirt, and a hat.

I wanted to test out my illustrating skills, so I decided to make this Skeleton shirt!
I had downloaded an ink brush back from Creative Market to give my design some texture to it, as well as later adding a worn texture over the top of my final design.
I had so much fun creating these skeletons. I loved making them different from each other. From their hat, to their boots, to their heads, to their ropes.

We wanted a heavyweight hoodie with this collection, but we wanted it to be different than any hoodie we've done in the past.
We landed on an amber color, thinking it complimented the shirt and the hat well.
To bring the entire collection together, we tie in little pieces between the merchandise.

We loved how the boots turned out on the shirt design, so we wanted to embroider it onto the hoodie. After some thought, we landed on the hoodie pocket, thinking it was unique in its placement.

We also wanted a hat design for this launch. We wanted something neutral, so it'd match the shirt or the hoodie. We also wanted this design to be a patch onto a rope hat.
When creating a collection, we look at what's trending, and what is popular at the moment.
We started seeing rope hats everywhere, so we knew that was the direction we
should go in!
