In the summer of 2024 my team and I assisted in an employee-wide merchandise launch.
It was a team effort. We met often to share our ideas, and express our individual thoughts on what these products should look like.
We wanted a vintage-athletic feel, with a variety of colors, and a variety of products.

Our team collaborated with other teams across the company to prepare for the launch.
We had an extremely successful and energetic photoshoot to highlight all of the products, and we had communication set up to announce our Team Shop company-wide. We also had a website made, that presented issues we hadn't prepared for, but with the help of so many, we pulled it off.

This project made me a stronger, more confident designer.
All the designs on the merchandise were designed by me, but they were the product of collaboration and passion.
Every step of the way my team stood strong and helped each other. We all had different roles in the project, and we absolutely killed it.

To celebrate this employee shop - it was decided that we'd drop three shirt options for employees to choose from.
With the help of other teams in the company, we planned and initiated pop-ups at numerous locations. At these pop-ups we had signage to direct employees to this new shop, and these new three shirts set out for employees to choose from.
